1. Data Protection

1.1 Data protection is very important to BOXS AG. 

BOXS AG will only collect, store and process the personal data of the User where necessary in order to render the contractual services or where permitted/required under the relevant data protection laws. BOXS AG will treat personal data as confidential and in line with the provisions of the applicable data protection laws and will only disclose personal data to third parties in so far as necessary in order to fulfil its contractual duties. 

1.2 When users visit the and read the newsletter, BOXS AG is able to automatically gather additional information that makes it possible for BOXS AG to determine how users make use of the and the newsletter, and to see which information and offers attract the most interest (see 2.1 Tracking data).

1.3 Data processing is carried out by the BOXS AG or third parties firstly in order to provide the requested services, and secondly as this enables BOXS AG to analyse demand behaviour using aggregated and anonymised data and continue improving the to better meet the users’ requirements.  

1.4 By accessing, the following technical user data is automatically transmitted to BOXS AG:

2. Tracking Data

2.1 To optimise its website and for statistical purposes, BOXS AG collects tracking data, which provides information about users’ surfing behaviour on the internet. This tracking data cannot be attributed to individual users.

2.2 uses Google Analytics, an online analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “Cookies” (see 3.1). The information generated via cookies about the use of the (including the IP address) is passed on to a Google server in the US, where it is stored. BOXS AG has activated the IP anonymisation. The user IP addresses gathered by Google from this website are therefore generally truncated in Europe before they are forwarded to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google uses this information to evaluate how is used, to generate reports about activity for BOXS AG and to ensure the provision of other services related to the use of and the internet. Google may also pass this information on to third parties, so long as this is legally required or when these third parties process the data on behalf of Google. On no account will Google associate the user’s IP address with any other Google data.
